Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master degree preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain within biotech
Demonstrated leadership experience in US commercial operations
Strong knowledge of distribution operations in a regulated environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with Trade, Finance, Quality, and Commercial stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead through complexity with internal teams and external partners.
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$148,000.00---$222,000.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.

The Associate Director, US 3PL Operations role manages critical commercial supply chain activities for the US/American markets, ensuring compliant, uninterrupted, and efficient product supply to patients and customers. The role oversees the US 3PL operations and provides end-to-end oversight of the supplier and related processes to support operational excellence and service performance.
The position works in close partnership with Trade, Finance, Quality Assurance and supply chain functions globally to ensure aligned execution, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance across the US distribution network. The role also acts as a key escalation point for distribution issues impacting market performance, customer service, and compliance. Candidates should bring strong leadership experience in pharma or biotech supply chain operations, deep understanding of US commercial distribution, and the ability to work in a cross-functional global organization in a regulated environment.
Oversee 3PL operations for the US market, ensuring high service levels, compliant distribution activities, KPI performance monitoring, issue resolution, business continuity and continuous improvement. Support the OTC process across the US market to ensure effective order flow, issue escalation, process discipline, and alignment across customer service, distribution, and financial processes.
Partner closely with the Corporate Warehouse and Logistics functions to ensure an uninterrupted supply from CMO's to Distribution center for the US market.
Partner closely with Trade to align operational execution with market requirements, channel dynamics, distribution models, and customer needs, ensuring supply chain activities support commercial objectives and market continuity.
Collaborate closely with the Corporate Supply Chain Life cycle Management team ensuring timely product launches and delivery to markets
Act as escalation point for critical supply, service, compliance, and distribution issues related to the 3PL provider impacting the US market; lead cross-functional risk assessment, scenario planning, and mitigation to protect product availability and customer service
Work with Quality Assurance to maintain GxP compliance throughout the supply chain network including exceptions handling - Investigate exceptions, determine root causes, implement CAPAs and drive closure. Support QMR Reporting and maintain KPI's.
Work with Finance teams to maintain SOX compliance throughout the US distribution network including exceptions handling supporting financial closures, inventory counting and audits.
