About the role
Under the direction of clinic leadership, facilitate efficient clinic flow by maintaining excellent patient care and customer service by performing patient care duties. Support completion of medication prior authorizations. Maintain and stock the sample closet, including proper management of expired medications and biohazard waste. Maintain, stock, and order clinical supplies necessary for patient care. Assist with special projects as assigned. Support the administration of Spravato (Esketamine) nasal spray and monitor patients accordingly. Assist providers with mapping procedures for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) patients. Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with the guidelines of the National Medical Assistant Certification.
