As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and will help drive the results of the location(s) you support. The role will work both strategically and hands-on with Operations partners to deliver results for the building in line with company expectations. The HR Business Partner engages the resources of the broader HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and HR Shared Services teams.

You will contribute by:
Identifying, developing, and implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance indicators of the business unit
Partnering with leaders and serving as a trusted advisor on people, organizational, and capability implications of the business strategy
Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management
Supporting key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews
Driving the talent review process and partnering with leaders to create individual development plans
Partnering with Operations on HR and company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention
Managing and resolving employee relations issues
Partnering with COE to drive focus and awareness of organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level
Partnering with site senior leadership to ensure a strong strategic vision aligned with local culture
We're searching for candidates with:
Working knowledge of Human Resources-related laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence leaders
Strong internal and external customer service focus
Drive to deliver outstanding results across the organization
Effective communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills
Capability to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels
Project management, analytical, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in using data to inform insights
Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to travel occasionally to other locations as needed
