How You'll Make an Impact: The Social Media Analyst, is the sharp analytical mind behind Fidelity Canada's social media program. The role turns mountains of data into clear and concise stories that sharpen Fidelity Canada's editorial instincts. The work undertaken in this role will demonstrate the business impact of Fidelity Canada's social media efforts and optimize future strategies. You will lead Fidelity Canada's organic social media measurement and analytics program. You will continuously create, monitor, and analyze, various data sets to discover new insights and track progress towards KPIs and annual business goals. You will support administrative efforts across the social media program, maintaining/updating policy documents, adjusting social listening techniques, and developing presentation materials that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate and develop strong relationships with colleagues across teams, departments, and external partners to support strategic priorities (e.g. Advanced Analytics, Marketing, Finance). You will support the implementation of your data-led insights, working with social media community managers to enact change.
