Requirements
5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) legal matters
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Knowledge of internet, software, and media industries and the legal and regulatory environment in which they operate or equivalent
Experience in Privacy Law
Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
