Wholesale/distributor experience (On Premise preferred)
2+ years in people and supplier management (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

This role is responsible for managing all Sales and Marketing Initiatives, New Product Introduction, Training, Brand Development, Product Knowledge, Point of Sale, Tracking for the Divisions Spirits Portfolio throughout the On-Premise Universe in MN. This role acts as Johnson Brothers main internal On-Premise contact with a close relationship to the supplier. This On Premise Manager will with work closely with Johnson Brothers Management and Divisions Management to develop goals and ensure the successful execution of objectives.
Job Description:
Manage and track sales goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Analyze P&L's with supplier and company and build plans to achieve yearly goals
Execute supplier scorecard initiatives and brand execution standards
Plan and launch new product innovations by coordinating needs from the supplier
Coordinate with division sales teams and support all divisions at every level
Monitor inventory using Logility using forecasting tools while working with guidance from purchasing departments
Utilize Go Spot Check for initiative tracking
Develop and manage pricing strategies
Manage new product launches by setting up new products, pricing, support and deliver the presentation to all teams to activate in market
Oversee POS allocation and promotional material distribution
In-person market support and selling across the state
Key Account Management:
Lead key on-premise account relationships and initiatives
Build and develop relationships with key On Premise accounts in market to execute against Suppliers On Premise priorities
Special Event Sell In & Support with assistance from Supplier On Premise
Regular work with schedule with Managers and Sales Representatives from division sales
Menu and feature list development implementation
Support events, menu development, and training sessions
