Role Overview and Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic partner for a Tier 1 financial services client, owning overall relationship success and growth strategy Drive insight-to-action outcomes, translating data and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve client performance Lead enterprise account strategy and planning, aligning TransUnion capabilities to client priorities and long-term objectives Orchestrate cross-functional teams across analytics, product, technology, and delivery to ensure seamless execution Identify and drive new business opportunities and expansion initiatives across the full TransUnion portfolio Maintain strong client engagement and executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple business lines Lead recurring client cadences including weekly/quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive updates Manage a high volume of priorities, continuously reprioritizing based on client and executive needs Influence action, holding internal stakeholders accountable to deliver on commitments and timelines Support a proactive transition plan from legacy owners, including shadowing and knowledge transfer from current account leadership Required Knowledge and Experiences 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise client relationships, preferably within financial services Proven ability to drive growth and business outcomes within large, strategic accounts Experience operating in a matrixed organization, leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority Strong ability to translate analytics or data insights into actionable business strategies Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders, including executive-level audiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience We're also looking for the preferred skills below.
