You will play a critical role in building and scaling new internal products across the bank.
You will:
Lead and grow a high-performing full-stack engineering squad
Set technical direction and drive engineering excellence
Contribute directly to design, architecture, and hands-on coding
Own end-to-end delivery in a build it, run it model
Build scalable, secure, cloud-native platforms from scratch
Drive adoption of new products across the organisation
Replace legacy platforms with modern engineering solutions
Mentor engineers and uplift team capability
Partner with Product to deliver meaningful business outcomes

Our new Product Engineering crew is responsible for designing, building and operating modern Platforms as Products - replacing legacy third-party systems with cloud-native, AI-enabled full stack products that can scale .
