Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring regional marketing campaigns and field marketing activities to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across ASEAN.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, webinars, seminars, workshops, tradeshows, and exhibitions.

  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and social media platforms to support ongoing campaigns and corporate branding.
  • Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, event results, and marketing metrics to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, media partners, and industry associations for marketing and event-related activities.
  • Support the creation of marketing content, EDMs, presentations, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
  • Perform various ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Singapore-based role with willingness to support onsite events and occasional regional activities.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, events, or campaign coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, technology marketing, or regional campaign execution is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in executing campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
