As a Salesforce Technical Architect on the Enterprise Technology Apps RevTech team in Warsaw, you will support insights with data and the technical systems that give our teams leverage to achieve their objectives. Working cross-functionally with Asana's business teams to understand their goals, you will ensure they receive the data and technical support they need to flourish by delivering secure, scalable solutions. Reporting directly to our Lead Architect of Strategy & Planning, your focus will be on the execution, operational enablement, and operational excellence of our architecture, allowing you to partner closely with leadership to bring our technical vision to life. While the vast majority of our ecosystem is anchored on Salesforce, you will oversee and architect solutions across our integrated tooling landscape-including platforms like Roadrunner.io, Clay.io, and other advanced tools built on top of Salesforce. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you'll achieve Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems, ensuring alignment with long-term platform scalability. Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology (ET) tech stack desk and overarching systems landscape to ensure data integrity and system cohesion. Work closely with leadership to align on the technical vision and execution strategy, translating business needs into high-performing operations. Partner collaboratively with the product team to co-create, refine, and deliver the product roadmap. Provide architectural guidance and governance to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), cultivating platform standards and best practices. Conduct high-level vendor and tool assessments for various teams across the RevTech landscape to ensure future-proof technical integrations. Oversee and provide technical guidance for the CI/CD processes and environment strategies across various deployment tools within the ET tech stack. Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools; lead proof of concept (POC) efforts to assess platform enhancements. Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain performance, scalability, and maintainability across core and edge systems. Collaborate with ET teams (FinTech, MarTech, EDI) to implement reliable integrations using Salesforce-native patterns. Provide escalation support for complex production issues and lead post-incident root cause analysis to continuously optimize operations. About you Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with dedicated time spent in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity driving operational enablement and execution. Proven ability to architect solutions that extend beyond core Salesforce, managing, maintaining, and integrating auxiliary tools and modern data/automation layers like Clay.io, Roadrunner.io, or similar technologies. Comfortable evaluating external tools, running vendor assessments, and helping business teams make objective technical procurement decisions. Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Flow. Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, External Services, Connect) and integration/middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica. Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, and large data volume management. Experience guiding CI/CD processes and release management workflows (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git) alongside Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and modular development. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, and leadership. Strong background in Salesforce Security architecture and implementation (Identity & Access Management, Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring) and familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX). Exposure to monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk or New Relic for performance tracking and org optimization. Familiarity with AI Agents, Agentforce, and intelligent automation within Salesforce ecosystems. Excellent technical documentation, communication, and peer collaboration skills in English; Polish language skills are a plus. Relevant role-based credentials such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly regarded
