Production Operator - Nightshift

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment in a highly automated Dairy Production facility
• Work as part of a close-knit team to meet nightly production targets
• Follow GMP, hygiene, and OHS procedures to maintain a food-grade environment
• Complete checklists, data entry, and record keeping accurately
• Check product for type and quality, segregating product that doesn't meet standards
• Assist in the operation, dismantling, and reassembly of manufacturing equipment for production and cleaning
• Perform equipment and environmental cleaning duties, including scheduled Friday night cleans
• Report to the Nightshift Production Supervisor and collaborate with Work Area Coordinators
• About you:
• Comfortable working from 10:00pm to 6:00am from Monday to Friday
• Mechanically minded with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, or working in Food Manufacturing
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Able to use initiative and attention to detail in completing documentation and troubleshooting
• A Forklift license will be highly regarded; however, for the right candidate we can support with training
