You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm s business objectives. br> br> strong>Job Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems /li> li>Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems /li> li>Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development /li> li>Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems /li> li>Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture /li> li>Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies /li> li>Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills br> br> /strong> ul> li>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience /li> li>Design and develop scalable, secure services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and TDD /li> li>Collaborate with platform teams to enhance developer experience, toolchains, and cloud-hosted blockchain services.3 /li> li>Work closely with Product, Operations, and Core Blockchain teams to innovate and execute transformative blockchain use cases. /li> li>Strong object-oriented programming language background in Java or more of the following languages: Go, Rust or JavaScript /li> li>Proficiency with enterprise development toolchains: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing /li> li>Demonstrable practical cloud native experience, in particular AWS and Kubernetes. /li> li>Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability /li> li>Proven track record delivering complex software projects into production /li> li>Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills br> br> /strong> ul> li>Hands-on knowledge of end-2-end development in web3 ecosystem - such as smart contract development, deployment, interaction with RPC providers, integrating with key management systems is a plus /li> li>Exposure to building on public or permissioned blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, Avalanche, Canton) is a plus /li> li>Thorough understanding of cryptographic protocols and blockchain implementations /li> li>Good understanding in key management, custody solutions and cryptographic fundamentals is a plus br> br> /li> /ul> strong>ABOUT US br> br> /strong>JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
