Job Description The Senior Manager, Product & Platforms - B2B Travel and Virtual Payments is an individual contributor role within the Product team, responsible for supporting the commercialization, market enablement, and go-to-market execution of B2B Travel products and Virtual Card platform capabilities across SEA and WCA. The role works closely with market teams, Business Development teams supporting issuers, and internal cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, support product launches, and enable platform capabilities in market. The role also partners with the Client Services (CS) team to support implementation of product and platform initiatives for clients and partners. This position plays an important role in delivering regional growth by helping bring new solutions to market, supporting issuer opportunities, and building strong relationships across the travel and payments ecosystem. B2B Travel Support the commercialization and go-to-market execution of B2B Travel products across SEA and WCA. Work with market teams and Business Development teams to identify, develop, and advance B2B Travel opportunities with issuers and ecosystem partners. Build and manage relationships with key travel ecosystem participants, including Travel Management Companies (TMCs), travel agents, online travel agencies (OTAs), travel platforms, aggregators, and other travel enablers. Support the development of market-specific value propositions, use cases, and launch plans for B2B Travel solutions. Provide market feedback and client insights to regional and global stakeholders to support product evolution and roadmap priorities. Monitor travel industry trends, partner developments, and client needs to help shape commercial opportunities and market strategy. Virtual Cards Support market enablement and commercialization of Virtual Card platform capabilities across SEA and WCA. Partner with Business Development and market teams to support issuer opportunities and expand adoption of Virtual Card solutions. Identify and develop Virtual Card use cases across B2B payment flows, including travel-related and broader embedded payment opportunities. Assess opportunities to support API integrations of Virtual Card capabilities into issuer, partner, and third-party platforms. Work with internal product, platform, and technical stakeholders to support integration opportunities and ensure regional requirements are understood. Support launch planning and market readiness activities for Virtual Card capabilities. Identify scalable platform-based opportunities that can accelerate adoption and enable broader use of Virtual Card solutions in market. Product, Platform and Implementation Support Act as part of the Product team, supporting execution of regional product and platform priorities. Partner with the CS team to support implementation of product and platform capabilities for clients and partners. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support successful launch and execution of product initiatives in market. Support implementation readiness, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment during delivery phases. Act as a voice of the market by bringing structured feedback from clients, issuers, and partners into product and platform discussions. Cross-Functional and Market Support, work closely with market teams to support pipeline development and execution of strategic opportunities. Collaborate across Product, Business Development, CS, and other internal teams in a matrix environment. Help translate opportunities into clear commercialization, launch, and enablement actions. Represent the team in internal and external engagements as a subject matter resource for B2B Travel and Virtual Payments.
