About the role
For our client we searching for a Communications Manager The assignment will include: Programme/campaign manager will be responsible for supporting the local market campaigns in creation, activation, optimization of the campaign and achieving the results/objectives based on the KPIs set. The campaign manager will need to have a solid understanding of all the available content across different campaigns and should be able to advise of how to utilize them in the markets. Programme/ campaign manager will help and guide for the selection of the right target audience, support the message house creation, matching the right message for the right part of the funnel, and localizing or creating new content pieces along the funnel. Will further support in selecting the right go to market channels for the target audience, guiding the agency to adjust the content accordingly. Support the markets in the landing page creation to create and engaging storyline. Support the markets to develop MA email flows and create the right adobe reports in the system and analysing the data and support them in optimization during execution and derive results and insights at the end of the campaign for next steps. By analyzing past initiatives, the programme/campaign manager should further identify weaknesses in the awareness/engagement or bottom funnel of the journey, recommending targeted content or clear calls to attract the right audience. The programme/campaign manager should also support the some of the coordination of the Tier 1 programmes with the markets for the selected projects. Technical experience: Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tactics such as email marketing, content marketing, paid media - SOME advertising, SEO. Channel knowledge especially tailored for B2B Integrated Campaign Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) and through marketing automation. Knowledge of paid, earned, shared, and owned channels. Knows campaign optimization. Can do segmentation and tailored messaging of content. Conducted integrated B2B campaigns Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with marketing automation tools especially Pardot or similar platforms to manage leads, nurture them. Pardot/Salesforce (CRM) usage before Adobe Analytics platform: Able to understand the data provided by the reports, derive insights, and improve & optimize for next steps in the campaigns, be able to provide suggestions. Ability to use AI for audience insights and intent data analysis Ability to use AI for audience insights, search insight and intent data analysis. Has implemented 1 to few campaigns Required skills: Has a bachelor's degree, typically in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Might have had a master's degree in the field as well. At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or packaging industry. Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance metrics.
