Partner with Deployment teams to support end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams to gather and translate onboarding requirements.
Translate customer-specific business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
Create and maintain user stories, onboarding workflows, and acceptance criteria for deployment activities.
Develop process flows, system diagrams, and onboarding documentation (e.g., using Visio or similar tools).
Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Support configuration and integration of platform components within customer environments.
Analyze solutions performance, customer usage, and product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Identify and drive automation opportunities within onboarding and deployment processes.
Operate within ITSM / Service Desk environments to support onboarding-related incidents, requests, and changes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between deployment and development teams.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Strong technical background with solid understanding of system architecture, product design, and platform solutions (supported by a degree in Informatics and/or 5+ years of experience working with IT solutions).
Baseline security clearance required.
Good understanding of IT Service Desk environments, support processes, incident/request management, and operational workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with product and onboarding metrics.
Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, or deployment-focused Business Analyst roles.
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or similar).
Experience writing detailed user stories and technical requirements.
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC Helix, other.
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software development practices.
Beneficial to have experience working with AI tools and solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and related AI technologies.
