Physical Demands:
Field work and travel are expected to be a part of this position. With or without reasonable accommodation, employees are expected to perform the following activities:
Perform line clearing, stake driving, setting monuments
Ability to lift and/or move objects and equipment weighing up to 60-70 pounds

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

Qualifications/Education:
3+ years of field experience (required)
Proficiency in the operation of Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS data collection (required)
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from accredited college or university (preferred)
Excellent oral and written skills to communicate with crew members, project managers, and clients (required)
Experience in performing land record research (preferred)
AutoCAD experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license (required)
