Requirements
5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models using advanced Excel and financial systems to analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and develop recommendations that inform strategic decisions across the organization
- Support financial close processes by preparing plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations on a weekly and monthly basis using financial systems and data analysis tools
- Develop financial reports and analyses that identify cost reduction opportunities, track key metrics, and communicate findings clearly to business leaders and stakeholders
- Partner with business units to understand their financial needs, manage competing priorities, and provide data-driven guidance during periods of change or uncertainty
- Enhance financial processes and tools by identifying opportunities to improve, scale, or simplify systems and workflows across teams and the broader organization
