Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop retail staff in collaboration with HR and Area Managers
  • Implement structured coaching and development plans, including on-the-spot feedback and regular appraisals

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal requirements, safety protocols, HR policies, and operational best practices
  • Optimize store processes for efficiency and team well-being
  • Oversee store administration, documentation, and reporting in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Manage store expenses and ensure cost control

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a retail environment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of retail operations, stock management, and customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail floor-based environment, including weekends and public holidays
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • A team player who takes initiative and leads by example
