Manager - Quality (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Quality management System and Procedures
• Responsible for Customer Quality, Process Quality and Supplier Quality
• Responsible for NC (Non-Conformity) management, Root Cause Analysis and implementation for Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Responsible for Scrap cost reduction, Quality cost reduction
• Active know how of various quality management tools
• SAP knowledge of QM module (Quality Management)

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering in Mechanical
• 18+ years relevant experience and demonstrated experience in leading Quality function and team
• Six Sigma Black belt certification
• Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor Certification for ISO 9001, IATF 16949
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization), IATF 16949 (International Automotive Task Force) management system, Knowledge of IS0 14001 and ISO 45001 management system
• Experience with Integrated management system is added advantage
