As we scale, design will be our competitive edge-not just our coat of paint. You won't support PMs. You'll be equal to them-and often lead product scope and influence technical architecture through superior UX clarity. Our process starts with designing the ideal user experience first. From there, we spec product features and only then write code. Design sets the direction. Everything else follows.
