We're actively seeking a talented Manager, Advisory Solutions Desk to join our Sales Enablement team in Omaha, NE. As a Manager, Advisory Solutions Desk , you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by leading a specialized advisor-facing support team that delivers annuity solutions, suitability oversight, and operational enablement for advisory distribution channels. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality advisor experience while balancing growth, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will fill a role that sits on a team within the Consumer Markets Division (CMD) . Your colleagues will include Sales leaders, Compliance and Legal partners, Operations teams, and fellow advisory and annuity subject matter experts. This team works in close partnership across functions to enable growth in advisory channels while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices. How you'll help move us forward: Lead and develop a team of advisory support professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Oversee daily operations of the Advisory Solutions Desk, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant support for annuity solutions and advisor needs. Serve as an escalation point for complex advisor cases, suitability reviews, and operational issues. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support growth initiatives and resolve advisor-impacting challenges. Oversee suitability review processes, producer onboarding (including SuranceBay), and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. The experience you bring: Bachelor's degree and 5-8+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, annuities, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with annuity products, suitability processes, and advisory or broker/dealer distribution models. Strong leadership skills with experience managing people, driving performance, and developing talent. Demonstrated ability to manage operational risk and collaborate effectively across Sales, Compliance, and Legal functions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality advisor experience. What makes you stand out: Experience supporting Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs), RIAs, or advisory-based platforms. Knowledge of suitability standards, best interest regulations, and annuity positioning within fee-based advisory models. Insurance licenses and/or FINRA registrations (Series 6/7, 63/65/66), or the ability to obtain within a required timeframe. Experience with producer contracting and onboarding tools such as SuranceBay. Proven ability to improve operational processes, scale support functions, and enhance advisor engagement. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
