Act as an independent guardian and trusted business partner by offering pragmatic advice that balances commercial needs with regulatory obligations.
Proactively provide consultancy services on material legal developments affecting a broad range of products and services within the organisation.
Regularly brief senior management on major issues arising in relevant business areas as well as significant legislative changes impacting operations.
Support bank-wide projects including litigation matters; coordinate with external counsel while managing regional legal affairs in collaboration with other APAC offices.
