More than two years of professional experience in higher education admissions, recruitment, student advising, student financial aid or student services related position.
Professional experience in higher education, with knowledge of general academic requirements and admission policies.
Professional experience within TAMUS.
Customer service experience (particularly within higher education) with knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of customer service.
Working experience in admissions, recruitment, or financial aid, with demonstrated knowledge of principles, practice and methods of admissions, marketing and enrollment.
Experience in giving presentations to large groups.
Experience in producing reports of the analysis and evaluation of activities.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management and organizational practices.
Proficiency in related student information systems such as Banner, AIS, Howdy, MOSES, SLATE, or TAMUDocs.
Ability to design, develop, conduct, and assess effective programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of financial aid programs and federal regulations related to student financial aid.
Proficiency with standard office equipment, computers, and word processing and spreadsheet software.
