Must be able to work the following PT schedule each week:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM (24 hours per week) depending on the varied needs of the organization.
Working Conditions:
This position requires moderate physical effort, including the ability to handle objects weighing up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently, along with frequent bending, squatting, and carrying.
The role may involve working in various weather conditions, including exposure to cold, heat, and inclement weather during travel or outdoor tasks.
The position is primarily based at the Carbondale Maintenance Facility (CMF).
Weekly travel is required to the Glenwood Springs Maintenance Facility (GMF) and bi-weekly travel to the Aspen Maintenance Facility (AMF).
Additional travel to Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) locations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley is required as needed.

Position Purpose:
The Revenue Clerk (PT) is responsible for accurately sorting, counting, and inspecting paper currency and coins using designated equipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance in all cash-handling procedures.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Cash Handling and Processing
Sorts and counts paper money using an automatic currency-counting machine.
Separates bills by denomination and feeds them into machine slots for automated counting.
Bundles currency with rubber bands for validation by Sr. Revenue Clerk.
Currency Inspection
Examines bills to identify and remove counterfeit, damaged, or worn currency.
Support and Collaboration
Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Director of Finance to support department operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Solid manual dexterity and physical ability to perform currency-handling tasks efficiently.
Basic communication skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to maintain attention to detail in a repetitive and structured environment.
Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
