Lead execution of assigned HCP marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, omnichannel assets, and congress deliverables
Manage end-to-end Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) submission processes for assigned tactics, including timeline coordination, version control, and agency/stakeholder alignment
Partner closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and agency teams to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule
Ensure consistency and quality of messaging, particularly for materials communicating clinical data
Coordinate with agencies to support development, revision, and finalization of promotional assets
Support tracking of asset deployment and utilization across channels
Gather and synthesize feedback from field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to inform refinements
Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, clarity of materials, and overall promotional effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with HCP-facing experience
Bachelor's degree required (life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred)
Cardiovascular experience preferred; experience in specialty and/or launch environments a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple assigned workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategic direction and clinical data into clear, well-executed deliverables
Experience working within MLR processes and regulated environments strongly preferred
Travel:
Travel required (approximately 20%), including some weekends as needed; includes attendance at regional and national sales meetings, advisory boards, and medical conferences

Pay Range:
In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $184,500 - $215,250 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Position Overview
