Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams to support complex customer engagements
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM platforms or customer experience software
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing, sales, or customer success methodologies
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations or technical workshops
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Exposure to mid-market or enterprise sales environments
