Senior Accountant

About the role

- Review Intercompany and client billing - Maintain the petty cash fund and ensure that it is adequately funded at all times - Review accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll entries - Submit and monitor TCC Applications to Tax Office - Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and projections - Perform daily/monthly accounting operation from journal entries to the month end closing process -Review journal entries prepared by junior staff - Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable - Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements. -Serves as go to person in PNG finance team -Lead finance junior staff -Coordination with External auditors, Banks and IRC when finance presence is needed -Preparation of tax returns and ensure lodgment within the deadline -assist in External and Internal Audits -Support in IPA compliance At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
