In this role, you will coordinate a team of Maintenance Technicians , managing preventive, corrective maintenance activities and installations for industrial clients within the Italian territory. You will plan the activities and will act as the team's technical expert, providing guidance and hands-on support while working directly with customers to resolve technical issues and deliver high levels of service and satisfaction. How you'll make an impact: Create monthly and weekly work plans for the team, aligning customer needs with preventive maintenance programs, corrective requirements and installations.
