3-7 years of DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, networking, storage, IAM) and exposure to AWS.
Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Strong experience writing and managing Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling
Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Comfort working across security, engineering, and operations functions
Familiarity with .NET Core and React/Typescript a plus

The engineering team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our lean and dedicated group. Our infrastructure lives in Azure, and we rely on modern DevOps practices to ship reliably and securely. You'll own our CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and help us meet our compliance obligations including SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST.
Responsibilities and Duties
Own and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
Write, manage, and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure.
Partner with engineering and compliance teams to uphold our SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST compliance requirements - including documentation, evidence collection, and control implementation.
Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and improve platform reliability and observability.
Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across the team.
Mentor engineers on infrastructure and deployment workflows.
