Product Owner - Enterprise Services

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join Crown's technology team, playing a pivotal role in defining, prioritising and delivering product outcomes aligned to business objectives and enterprise technology strategy. This role ensures that applications and solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable and enable the business to operate effectively within evolving IT structures. Responsible for end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, the Product Owner works closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architecture and engineering to translate strategic intent into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes. This role balances short‑term delivery with long‑term system sustainability, optimisation and innovation. Key responsibilities include: Owning and managing the product vision, roadmap and backlog to deliver measurable business value Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and support informed decision‑making Leading product delivery through clear requirements, continuous feedback loops and engagement with delivery teams Applying systems thinking and capability mapping to identify optimisation, consolidation and future investment opportunities Ensuring solutions are scalable, viable and aligned with enterprise architecture and technology strategy About You This role suits a confident Product Owner with strong stakeholder influence and the ability to operate in complex environments with competing priorities. You are commercially minded, technically literate and comfortable making pragmatic decisions that balance constraints, delivery and long‑term outcomes. You bring a structured yet adaptable approach, communicate effectively across business and technical audiences, and thrive in environments experiencing change, ambiguity and evolving delivery models.
