We are looking for a Product / Application Owner of ERP to take end-to-end ownership of our ERP system (Oracle Netsuite) and the underlying Finance & Operations processes after successful completion of the ongoing implementation. This is a senior, business-oriented role. You are accountable for how the ERP supports the business today and how the setup evolves as we scale - including ensuring that the ERP integrates reliably and efficiently with the wider system landscape. Integrations are orchestrated via Celigo as our iPaaS, in close collaboration with an external implementation partner and in the future through an internal team. Your Tasks ERP & Product Ownership Own the ERP system (Oracle Netsuite) end-to-end from a business and process perspective Define and drive the ERP roadmap in alignment with business priorities and impact Ensure the ERP integrates cleanly and reliably with surrounding systems (e.g. Shopify, PIM, ...) leveraging Celigo as the iPaaS layer Process Ownership Continuously improve core Finance & Operations processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Supply Chain) Continuously assess and widen the process scope that is managed within the ERP Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and assess impact for prioritization and roadmap building Stakeholder & Partner Management Act as the main interface between business or functional stakeholders and the external implementation partner Prioritize, challenge, and structure requirements to protect standard processes, scalability and system integrity Execution & Capability Building Own the implementation of ERP changes and improvements end-to-end, either hands-on yourself or together with an external agency and/or an in-house team Ensure the ERP system runs reliably day-to-day, including overall system maintenance and administrative tasks such as user management, roles, and access rights Build-up the internal ERP and business systems capability over time, transitioning ownership from the external partner to in-house Your Profile Strong experience owning ERP-supported Finance and Operations processes Proven track record working with mid-sized ERP systems in a Product Owner, Business Lead, or Consulting role Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and scalable solutions Experience working with and steering external implementation partners Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels Leadership mindset with the ambition to build internal teams and ownership over time
