Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities, releases, enhancements, and emerging HR technology trends.
Assess business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.
Platform Leadership & Delivery
Lead large-scale Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Oversee system configurations, tenant management, security models, and data architecture.

Establish robust governance, security, audit, and compliance controls within the Workday environment.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and data privacy requirements including PDPA and other applicable global regulations.
Drive risk mitigation, disaster recovery planning, and platform resiliency initiatives.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to influence HR technology strategy and investment decisions.
Mentor and lead regional Workday functional and technical teams.
Foster strong collaboration across HR, IT, Security, Data, and Transformation functions.
Support budgeting, vendor governance, and workforce planning activities for the Workday function.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology, enterprise applications, or Workday architecture roles.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations within large multinational organizations.
