For more information, please visit www.fwd.com.vn KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Ensure the business activities are aligned with the strategies and are carried out thoroughly among the sales regions Support and review all administrative tasks Directly manage (work with) Agency Leaders and Agents in case of vacant Team Head(s). Monitoring sales/recruitment quality by tracking of the leading indicators such as agency office attendance, meeting attendance; skill training attendance; recruitment COP/JFW, key activities schedules, ... and analyzing and identifying potentially risky sales locations Monitoring risk and compliance factors by reviewing key risk indicators - KRI with AD+ and following up on the agreed action plan; identifying and escalating potential misconduct, fraud, red flag cases and unpleasant office environment on monthly basis Preparing and conducting risk and business conduct sharing for AD+ and Agency Leaders (FWD/M/O) Other tasks assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE University Degree 8-10 years of experience with thorough knowledge in Agency Management structure and insurance environment At least 5-year experience leading a team of minimum 2 in span of control Have a strong local network in financial related area will be a plus. KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point Good interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking and presentation skills.
