The Job: As an Associate Training Manager, you'll be part of our Commercial Development team as an on-site employee at Stanley Black & Decker University located in Towson, MD. You will get to collaborate cross-functionally with all aspects of the Americas Commercial business surrounding key channels such as Retail, C&I and Farm & Hardware. As an Americas, Training Manager you will bring the organization's purpose "For Those Who Make The World" to life each and every day while making a meaningful impact on the business growth and success. You'll also have the opportunity to: Assist with in-person and virtual training classes, workshops, and seminars Cultivate the skills of employees, customers, and end users Provide support in the design and set-up of trainings classes, reimagination of and maintenance of training courses Use various learning techniques aligned with adult learning theory Guide students through the learning process Help learners uncover alternate ways of innovative thinking and solutioning Act as a coach in learning journeys Assist in measuring the effectiveness of learning Share performance reports to relevant cross-functional partners Encourage and facilitate best practice sharing The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
