Position Summary The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for FMC's crop protection portfolio within the Central Anatolia region . Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, the role combines agronomic expertise with commercial focus through product demonstrations, field trials, and ongoing customer engagement. The position operates in close collaboration with regional sales teams within a dynamic, international organisation. Location: Home-based with regular travel across Eskisehir and the Central Anatolia region. Main Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned region. Provide technical advice and agronomic support to growers, advisors, distributors and food chain partners. Demonstrate FMC products through field visits, product presentations and on‑farm trials. Recommend appropriate products based on crop needs and local conditions. Set up, monitor and evaluate product trials to demonstrate efficacy. Develop and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships. Follow up on collections in line with company procedures. Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline. Experience in technical sales, field agronomy or a similar role, preferably within crop protection. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical value propositions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken). English is an advantage. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Turkey.
