Mascot Performance & Choreography Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and plan dance choreography and performance content for mascot shows
• Design simple, engaging routines suitable for young children
• Plan performance flow, music selection, and show execution
• Train and guide staff to perform consistently
• Conduct rehearsals and maintain performance quality
• Oversee mascot costume usage, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Ensure performance area setup, safety, and crowd flow
• Daily Operations
• Support day-to-day indoor playground operations (crowd control, guest engagement, safety checks)
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Merchandise Handling
• Assist with merchandise sales when required
• Perform daily stock counting and ensure display is neat and replenished
• Report stock discrepancies or low inventory

Requirements

• Experience in dance, choreography, performing arts, or children's entertainment
• Confident in teaching and leading a team
• Energetic and comfortable engaging with children
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Preferred
• Experience in indoor playgrounds, events, or theme parks
