Related experience in procurement or a similar position, preferably in a multinational environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience with HCM (e.g, Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software is desired
Fluency in German and English languages
Good communication and coordination skills
Good time management, organized way of working and ability to work towards various deadlines
Ability to understand end-to-end process flows
Analytical thinking
Capability to work independently but also in a Team
Flexible and problem-solving attitude

For our international team, we are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant, who can support the procurement process related to internal customer requests.
Procurement Assistant with German and English
Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions
Coordinating purchasing activities with procurement departments in Germany
Processes purchase requisitions, create purchase orders and submits them towards suppliers
Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity
Create and change info records, order books in SAP41 according to supplier offers and Commodity Manager inputs
Maintaining supplier master data, creating new suppliers, supplier qualification
Initiates process improvements to make customer (internal/external) experience better
