Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Screener in BA, Argentina who play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool against job requirements to determine the first slate of candidates for the recruiter to review. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications and match them to the job's needs. This role will be responsible for: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and job requirements. Provide TA Recruiter with a qualified panel of candidates to screen. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates for further consideration. Provide feedback to recruiters about the candidate pool and any observed trends or insights. This role will be accountable for: Review candidate applications to evaluate experience & education against job qualifications Use an objective mind and with clear understanding of role and duties to assess applicants. Retaining applicant resume or details that were omitted in application process. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.
