Job Responsibilities Lead and maintain strategic relationships with regulatory agencies across the United States. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators and coordinate communication across all North America entities. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory examinations, ensuring readiness and consistency. Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery. Guide the preparation and quality assurance of materials submitted to regulators. Drive exam readiness efforts by conducting assessments and identifying areas for improvement. Track, report, and oversee remediation of regulatory findings and ensure progress is centrally documented. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory expectations. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on regulatory trends, exam outcomes, and emerging risks. Enhance processes and protocols for regulatory engagement to promote consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification. Strong knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory processes. Proven ability to engage effectively with regulatory agencies and senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
