HealthFitness is looking for a part-time, 20 hpw, Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our corporate client site located in West Greenwich, RI. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Key Accountabilities: Greeting, checking-in and assisting customers, provide program information services and membership information. Efficiently responds to client and participant requests, comments or concerns and brings issues to timely and appropriate resolution. Assist with all member service desk administration and processes, answer phones, and process membership enrollments. Collects membership fees and performs related recordkeeping. Participates in membership drives to acquire new participants and enroll new participants. Laundry and locker rooms services. Maintains and updates participant and facility policies as appropriate. Educate participants on policies and procedures. Participate in internal programs and special events. Opening and/or closing duties. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required. Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools. The compensation range for this role is $16.00 - $18.00/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
