Clinical Nurse - Intrathecal Baclofen Clinic

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated nurse to join St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne's Health Independence Program (HIP) as an Intrathecal Baclofen Clinical Nurse (ITB CN). This senior clinical nursing role combines advanced clinical practice with service development and quality improvement, supporting adults living with complex spasticity who receive Intrathecal Baclofen (ITB) therapy. Working closely with the ITB Rehabilitation Physician and multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical assessment, care coordination, patient education and procedural support, while contributing to the ongoing development and sustainability of this specialist service. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop highly specialised expertise in spasticity management and play a key role in shaping the future delivery of the Intrathecal Baclofen Clinic. Classification: ZA7 - ZA8 ($68 - $69 per hour).
