About the role

As the Strategic Marketing Manager for the Sensors Business Unit, you will be the primary architect of our long-term market leadership strategy. You will bridge the gap between deep technical innovation and market-facing value, driving the adoption of Allegro's world-class Magnetic (Hall, AMR, and TMR) sensing solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a "One Allegro" mindset to collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to define the future of e-mobility, clean energy, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

  • Define the 3-5 year strategic roadmap for the Sensors portfolio, identifying high-growth opportunities in EV powertrains, robotics, and green energy infrastructure.
  • Utilize deep market analytics (and tools like Big AL) to benchmark competitor TMR and Hall-effect solutions, ensuring Allegro maintains its "Innovation with Purpose" edge.
  • Lead the "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) process to translate complex application requirements into technical specifications for next-generation sensor ICs.
  • Orchestrate global product launches, creating high-impact value propositions, sales enablement tools, and pricing strategies that put our Customers First.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and industrial OEMs to integrate Allegro sensors into mission-critical systems.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry (Sensors or Analog/Power experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable business plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia (One Allegro).
  • Understanding of magnetic sensing principles (Hall-effect, TMR) and their applications in automotive and industrial environments.
  • Position will require travel to customer sites.
  • This role may be located in Manchester, NH USA, Richardson, TX USA, Annecy, France, Grenoble, France, or Heidelberg, Germany.
  • Why Allegro?
  • Join Allegro and become part of a team where your contributions truly matter.
  • We foster a culture of Real Innovation , empowering you to push boundaries, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Your work will create a Real Impact by solving complex real-world challenges that fuel our success and shape the future of technology.
  • You'll experience Real Connection , collaborating with talented colleagues around the globe in an environment built on trust, respect, and a shared purpose.
  • Join us-and help build what's next.
  • Eligible applicants must reside in a state where Allegro currently has an office location: This includes New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, and Michigan. Certain positions (such as field sales roles) may be exempt from this requirement.
