Analyze production plan and inventory levels to ensure material availability.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material flow and support cross-functional problem solving to resolve material constraints.
On time shipping assurance with supply base to ensure timely delivery to production plant.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze trends to maintain optimal stock supporting supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Supplier Shipping Performance (SSP), past ship/past due, exceptions and out of balance inventory.
Maintain data integrity by working proactively to fix system issues that could affect information output such as inventory discrepancies, receipts griefs or parameter misalignments (MOQ, packaging lot size, lead time, etc.).
Timely escalation of material risks and delays to prevent production interruptions and proactive evaluation of alternatives to recommend solutions based on data and operational priorities; recognizing when issues require escalation or cross-functional involvement.
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or any field within Supply Chain
Written and Oral advanced English Level

Ability to analyze information objectively, critical thinking for decision‑making across supply chain areas, demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and effectively manage conflicts to maintain operational alignment
Problem Solving
Project management capability, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (desirable SAP proficiency - CBS/CGM module).
Relationship Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
Internal Resource Coordination
Ability to manage project-related activities, aligning tasks, timelines, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution towards company objectives.

Advanced conversational and written English
2 years on Supply Chain.
Desirable (but not mandatory) knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP CBS)
Advanced Excel with macro and query skills
Kaizen and/or Lean methodologies
Power BI Intermediate
APICS: Certification CPIM or related
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
