Exciting Opportunity: Electrician
Working closely with the Lead Electrician and facility teams, the Electrician is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems across our cultivation and production facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
Responsibilities
Performing preventative maintenance and electrical repairs
Troubleshooting motors, pumps, lighting, HVAC systems, and controls
Supporting BMS/environmental systems and sensor calibrations
Installing and replacing plugs, switches, lighting, and other electrical components
Responding to maintenance requests and urgent repairs
Supporting contractors during upgrades and installations
Maintaining organized work areas, inventory and maintenance records
Following safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout
Participating in after-hours and on-call rotations
Requirements
Canadian Red Seal Electrician Certification
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematic
Experience with electrical tools and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments
