Physiotherapist [Up To $8,000!]

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and manage patients independently using appropriate physiotherapy interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and clinical records
• Ensure accurate patient billing and update performance statistics regularly
• Comply with established clinical governance, service standards and protocols
• Supervise Therapist Assistants and support their day-to-day clinical activities
• Support induction and orientation of newly deployed physiotherapists
• Supervise and mentor students during clinical attachments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in patient care planning
• Participate in and co-lead departmental projects and service initiatives
• Manage therapy equipment inventory and ensure proper utilisation
• Review, update and implement clinical protocols and standard operating procedures
• Support development, promotion and implementation of new clinical services
• Contribute to in-service training, educational talks and professional workshops
• Maintain professional competency through continuous learning and skills development

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is an added advantage
• 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to professional standards, ethics and continuous development
