Prior experience on documentation and disbursement for Auto and retail loans.
Possess to 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a Financial Institution or Motor trade industry

Functional (job responsibilities)
Responsible in daily processing and disbursement / account creation / loan facility implementation /
Month End Reporting.
Ensure timely disbursement, financing terms and conditions / documentation are fully complied within
guidelines and highlight cases with deviations.
Provide high standard of customer service quality and fast turnaround time to achieve customer
satisfaction.
Pre-drawn down check and to ensure documents submitted by applicants/ dealers/ distributors are in
order.
Ensure close monitoring and follow up on outstanding documents are received and Hire Purchase
legal docs are send out to customers within the time frame.
Work closely with business units / dealers / distributors to develop SLA for various products &
services,
Ensure Bank interest is lodged before disbursement and all legal docs are promptly safe keep.
Ensure accuracy on disbursement and commission paid out.
Appoint to assist checker to ensure all pre-drawn down checks are promptly conduct by staff.
Printing of legal documents/ Sorting and monitoring movement credit files/legal docs requested by
other units.
Archiving legal docs / credit file to warehouse for safekeeping.
Preparing letter of undertaking, Letter of offer and Board Resolution (if any).
Provide guidance and training to new disbursement Officers.
To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
Perform UAT testing and data clearing if require.
Education/Qualification
At least Diploma
