Role We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect - GSI to join our Partner Engineering department. This is a fully remote U.S. role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Engineering. The Partner Solution Architect is responsible for educating partners on why a network centric application access approach is no longer ideal and requires a complete reimagining of how users and applications access resources anywhere in the world. What you'll do (Role Expectations) Educate our Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler for their clientele by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts Develop solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and helping partners onboard and support new customers Serve as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler by working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to drive mutual success Support enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with at least 5+ years in roles involving Global Systems Integrators Proven technical expertise in networking, cloud security, authentication, and SaaS solutions, with certifications like CISSP or CCNP as a plus Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated ability to collaborate on large, complex transformational SaaS solution opportunities and engage executive-level stakeholders Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic impact What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience navigating complex GSI organizational structures and bringing solution offers to market Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Prior post-sales and consulting experience is ideal #LI-Remote #LI-DS9 Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
