Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee plant production operations to deliver safe, high‑quality products while meeting cost, labor, and production objectives. Ensure safety awareness and training are delivered by frontline supervisors. Report ingredient usage and labor data to support costing and recall readiness. Share key performance metrics with frontline supervisors to promote continuous improvement. Partner with Human Resources on interviews, hiring, performance discussions, corrective counseling, and development planning. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology, Industrial Management, or a related field from a four‑year college or university. 4+ years of production management experience, ideally within the food industry. 3+ years of supervisory experience managing performance, staffing decisions, and metric accountability. Experience solving practical problems involving multiple variables in situations with limited standardization. Experience reviewing and interpreting business publications, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Experience preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation. Experience presenting information and responding to questions from managers, customers, and other stakeholders. Experience applying basic algebra and geometry concepts. Experience interpreting written, verbal, diagram, and schedule‑based instructions. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.
