Responsibilities
Leading strategic sales opportunities and providing pre-sales support to customers and enablement for partners and internal teams
Building strong relationships across customer and channel ecosystems, supporting AI-powered UCaaS platform adoption
Serving as subject-matter expert in AI-Powerred UCaaS services, understanding AI industry trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborating with global teams to drive product innovation and customer-centric solution development
Designing and delivering next-generation AI communication solutions through demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and deal support
Contributing to sales strategies and product development through market intelligence and customer insights
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience for enterprise customers in UCaaS/CCaaS
Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) will be highly regarded.
Experience wi th AI knowledge management systems such as Glean, Amazon and Coveo will be highly regarded
Excellent presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with and influence sales, marketing, and product teams
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
Desirable: Python/Cursor prototyping experience, Salesforce/ServiceNow/Jira knowledge, cloud AI services expertise

You will serve as a trusted advocate for customers and channel partners, working with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless solutions and concrete business outcomes.
You will support Account Executives and Channel Account Managers, communicating Zoom's solution advantages and guiding customers through complex collaboration challenges.
This role requires deep understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry and a strong understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI integration into business workflows
