Job Description Manage day-to-day regulatory and compliance matters as they arise. Receive, interpret, and disseminate regulatory requirements, and ensure timely implementation and completion of related actions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support regulatory supervision, surveys, consultations, and provide timely responses to regulators. Prepare for and support regulatory-related meetings. Draft, review, and submit regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner. Provide advisory support to business and operations on regulatory and compliance matters. Guide and support the business in implementing changes required by new or updated regulations. Assist in the implementation of global and local policies and procedures. Conduct compliance monitoring of designated business activities and perform periodic reviews. Plan and deliver compliance induction and role-specific compliance training programs. Liaise with regulatory authorities as required. Engage stakeholders to promote a strong data protection culture, and provide guidance on privacy-by-design and new initiatives. Participate in team job rotations where required. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
